Norman Charles Graham age 78, of Ashland, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.  He was born September 18, 1938 in New Castle, PA. the son of Elmer and Blanche (McQuisten) Graham.  Mr. Graham was a graduate of LeTourneau University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree.  He had been a resident of Ashland for the last 54 years.  He retired in 2007 from Bosch Rexroth where he was a service supervisor; he had previously been a service manager for the Hyco Corp.  for 18 years.  Mr. Graham was a faithful long time member of Calvary Baptist Church where he had been a former Deacon, Head Usher and a Youth Leader.  He had a strong love for his Lord and his family.  Mr. Graham was a devoted Mopar car enthusiast.

 

On April 24, 1965 Norman married Sarah Schumaker Graham who survives.  Also surviving are his children, Diane Graham of Ashland, Mark Graham of Mifflin, Scott (Natalie) Graham of Ashland, and Jill (T.J.) Chronister of Ashland; his 15 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Shirley Graham, Nellie Craven and Barbara Bell.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, July 17, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Harry Strachan officiating.  Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 1 till 2:00 P.M. at the church and also one hour prior to the service at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church 210 N. Davis Rd. Ashland, Ohio 44805.

May the God of all comfort give you peace knowing our dear friend Norm is now fellowshipping with the Lord! I thank God for the Love and Friendship we shared and will miss his Sunday hugs and handshakes.

Scott and family - So sorry to hear of Norm passing. I remember working with you both at Rexroth and the great witness you both were for the Lord. I pray that you will find peace that only God can give during this difficult time.
