In memory of my dear friend, Rick. I have known Rick for over 30 years. He was a great friend that was always there if someone was in need. He was a self-taught chef and enjoyed preparing and sharing his talents of cooking with others. A fun-loving spirit, he was always willing and ready to go for a great nite on the town. He was very generous and always there to lend a hand. We worked together on many a steak fry at the Eagles, and he and Holly were always the first ones to join me as I prepared bus trips to the Lake Erie Islands. Both Jean and I will miss you, take care and all of our deep felt thoughts go out to you Carol, and the family. tom and jean
