Eileen J (Donelson) Dawson

Eileen J. Dawson age 94, of Ashland, died Tuesday January 8, 2013 at the Good Shepherd Home.  She was born on September 4, 1918 in Ashland, the daughter of Carl G. and Lottie (Harpster) Donelson.  Mrs. Dawson had lived most all of her life in Ashland where she was a Homemaker.

On October 1, 1949 Eileen married Fred G. Dawson who preceded her in death on January 16, 1956.  Survivors include her brother, John Donelson of Ashland; her special Tucker family; along with numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

Funeral services will be held at the Heyl Funeral Home on Monday January 14, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. with Pastor Julie Thomes officiating. Burial will follow at the Jeromesville Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 A.M. until service time on Monday at the funeral home.  The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio 1050 Dauch Drive Ashland, Ohio 44805.
