Gary Whitcum Obituary

Gary M. Whitcum age 59 of Ashland passed away on Tuesday July 12, 2011 at Hospice House.
Born in Ashland on February 12, 1952 the son of Maurice and Betty (Toomey) Whitcum he was an Ashland resident most of his life where he had been employed with Myers Laundry. He attended the First United Methodist Church.
Mr. Whitcum is survived by his daughter, Susan Whitcum , his mother Betty Whitcum and one grandson all of Ashland.
Mr. Whitcum is preceded in death by his father Maurice and one sister.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 16, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. at the Heyl Funeral Home, with Chaplain Skip Snell officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home from 11:00 am till the time of the funeral service.
