Margaret (Maggie) Marie (Morr) McAllister

Margaret (Maggie) M. McAllister age 90 of Ashland, passed away on September 13, 2019 at the Good Shepherd Home.

Born in Ashland on January 19, 1929 the daughter of Bert and Moscow (Wells) Morr she was a resident of Ashland all of her life.  Mrs. McAllister was a retiree of Conrad Accounting and she was also a former volunteer with Hospice of North Central Ohio.

On June 5, 1948 she married John (Jack) McAllister who preceded her in death on March 3, 1997.

Surviving are three children; Daniel McAllister, Jane (Dan) Bertsch and Judy (Chuck) Bunt all of rural Ashland. Also surviving are four grandchildren; Wendy Bertsch Howman, Lori Bertsch Cline, David Bunt and Kelly Bunt Bohland. Eight great grandchildren also survive.

Mrs. McAllister was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Daughters of Herman.

In keeping with Margaret’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services at this time.
