Paul (Bobby) Ross age 77 of Ashland, passed away at Good Shepherd Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. There will be no local visitation or funeral. He will be laid to rest in Lansing, West Virginia. Remembering all the family and friends that he met along the way.
