Paula J. (Yarbrough) Koch

Paula J. Koch, age 70, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at her residence.  She was born in Ashland on July 31, 1948 the daughter of James E. and Kathryn (Barr) Yarbrough Sr.  Paula had been a lifelong resident of Ashland and a graduate of Ashland High School.  She had been employed with National Latex for 39 years before retiring, after retiring she worked for GO- OASIS for over the last 6 years.  Paula was an avid animal lover especially her dogs.  She also enjoyed crochet and knitting.

Surviving are her mother, Katheryn Yarbrough of Ashland; her daughter, Traci (Tim) Koch – Sergent of West Virginia; her son, Jim (Amy Morano) Koch of Ashland; along with her grandchildren, Jenna Sergent, Lucas Sergent, Zachary (Jaime) Koch, Tyler (Josalynn) Koch, Ana Morano, Austin Morano, and Kowen Pearce.

Paula was preceded in death by her  father, James Yarbrough Sr., brother, James Yarbrough Jr.; and sisters, Audrey Marie Yarbrough, and Sandra L. Feasel.

Funeral services will be held at Heyl Funeral Home on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Norm Johnston officiating. Burial will follow at Ashland County Memorial Park.  Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 10:00 A.M. till service time at the funeral home.
