Shannon Maire Day

Shannon Marie Day age 34, of Ashland, died Tuesday March 10, 2009 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus following an extended illness. She was born in Ashland on may 15, 1974, the daughter of Jada (Day) Smith. Shannon had lived most all of her here in Ashland. She enjoyed music and dancing.

Survivors include her mother; Jada Smith of Ashland, her; son Austin John Summerfield of West Virginia, and her two sisters; Andrea Leigh Treece and Kirsten Elizabeth Kahl both of Ashland. Also surviving are several Aunts, Uncles Nephews and niece.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents William and Betty Day.

Memorial service and Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday March 14, 2009 at the Bailey Lakes Town Hall with Major Lawrence Shade officiating.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Heyl Funeral Home, 227 Broad Street Ashland, Ohio 44805 in Shannon's name to help defray funeral costs.
