Zachary K. McGregor

Zachary K. McGregor age 18, of Ashland, passed away on November 22, 2018.

Born in Mansfield, Ohio on February 21, 2000, he was an Ashland resident most of his life where he was a student at Mapleton High School and the Ashland County Career Center where he was an early graduate of the Class of 2019. Zach was a member of the Mapleton Varsity Golf Team, and Track Team. He was also an athlete on Transplant Ohio Team and a member of Drug Free Clubs of America.

Zach was an avid golfer and hunter who also enjoyed video games, riding four wheelers and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by his parents, Jennifer and Jeff Reed of Ashland and Kenneth McGregor II of Mansfield. Also surviving are four brothers, Colton Reed, Wyatt Reed, Keaton Kinney all of Ashland, and Trey McGregor of Mansfield; sister, Emberlee McGregor of Mansfield; his grandparents, Denny and Diane Brown of Ashland, Ken and Andrea McGregor of Mansfield and Jeff and Kathy Reed of Akron; his great grandparents, Bob and Deanna Barnes of Randolph, Ohio and Helen Reed of Akron; along with numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins as well as many friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 508 Center Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805 (Main Sanctuary) at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday November 29, 2018 with Pastor Christopher Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Ashland Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family at the Trinity Lutheran Church (Jack’s Place) on Wednesday November 28, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. and also one hour prior to the funeral service on Thursday.
