My heart goes out to the Edwards Family. Mr. Edwards is no longer in pain and is w/his maker, watching over his beloved family. This is a time for Family to come together and celebrate his life. I knew Mr. Edwards for a short period of time while dating his son, Dave.

I remember Hugh (Jim) Edwards fondly from my latter years as a boy scout from Troop 509. Our troop was near folding, and I had the opportunity to go on outings with Troop 506 where Jim and his older sons, Dave and Johnny, were active. That was 35 years ago. Dave and I have been good friends since. Jim contributed much of his time then in coming to Troop 509 as Scoutmaster to keep us going. I very much appreciate his being there to this day. Jim took me once in a big rig to Chicago to pick up coils of steel. What a fun adventure for me!
I will alway remember Jim's funny, teasing, yet very genuine, warm hearted manner.
God bless his family during this time.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family, especially Mike and Kathy. I worked with Hugh at Crane Plumbing, and remember him fondly, even thought he enjoyed tormenting me.

God bless.
Diane
