I wish I could be there in person to express my sympathy and condolences. Coach Eichhorn was a down to earth friend, and was never afraid to give someone a chance. He was a loyal teacher, and coach. He was my Football coach at Northwestern High School in 1986 and 1987. I'm so thankful for men like Coach Eichhorn who God used to help mold and shape me for life's journey. Behind every great man is a great woman and I'm very thankful for Mrs. Eichhorn for being a faithful wife to a great man. Last but not least to each of Coach Eichhorn's children and grandchildren: You have a wonderful heritage. From Mexico City, Mexico, Nick Sutmaier

I am sorry I missed the visitation and service. I did not receive the details until it was too late. I taught and coached with Harley at Holy Name High School and I learned much from him about football, baseball and life in general, I know the students who he coached and taught did the same.

I found him to be a kind, gentle, Christian giant of a man.
