Danielle Rae Hummel age 23, of Ashland, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018.  She was born in Ashland on February 22, 1995, the daughter of Douglas E. and Patricia A. (Hinkle) Hummel.  Danielle was a 2013 graduate of Crestview High School.  She was a Homemaker and had been employed with PCA.  She was very artistic enjoying drawing, drama and theater and enjoyed modeling.  She most enjoyed spending time with her children who were the love of her life.

Survivors include her daughter, Iris Elizabeth Rae Turner; son, Noah Richard Douglas Turner both of Ashland; and their father, Jeremy Turner of Ashland; her mother, Patty Hummel of Murfrees Boro, TN.; her sisters, Kara (Scott) Reynolds of Columbus; Jami (Jack) Harley of Ontario; her brother, Zachary Hummel of Ashland; her grandparents, Orville and Mary Hinkle of Ashland; Aunt, Angie (Donny) Shank; Uncle, David (Holly) Hinkle; along with her nephews that she loved dearly, Landon, Liam, Lucas, Aiden, and Lincoln.

Danielle was preceded in death by her father, Douglas; and grandparents, Robert and Betty Hummel.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, August 13, 2018 at the Heyl Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M.  There will be a private family funeral service.  Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Danielle’s memory to Heyl Funeral Home 227 Broad St. Ashland, Ohio 44805 to help defray costs.

Kara Ann - Our Dear Daughter-in-Law - we are just at a loss of words!! Our hearts are so broken for you & Scott, and all your family. I remember the first time you brought Jami and Danielle to the house, Danielle was only 5!!
Such a Beautiful, Beautiful Girl!! I know the Love you have for your Sisters!! Praying that your "Precious Memories" of your Happy Times together will quietly replace the grief that fills your heart right now.
