One of the nicest men I know and welcomed us into his family from the day he met us. This man loved his children so much and his grandchildren brought a smile to his face.My heart is just broke for his family and my daughter-in -law that we love like one of our own. R.I.P my dear friend till we meet again.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of cousin Rick. His mother Diane was my husband Wayne's aunt. They were only 6 years apart and basically grew up very close.
A memory that has always stayed in my mind, that proves Rick was a loving, caring person showed at the young age of five. We were visiting with his family and had our year old daughter with us. She was toddling and very curious. While toddling in the yard, Rick walked behind her with both arms out around her waiting to save her from falling.
She took a shine to him and they spent the afternoon exploring the yard. It was obvious then that he would grow to be the wonderful man described in his obituary.
I hope all of you gain comfort from the many memories of his love and care.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I have known Rick since junior high and he was always a friend. He was a good soul always there to help a friend. His cousin Laura and I ran into him 2-3 months ago and it was good to see him. Till we meet again RIP Rick
