Beverley A. Crebs

Beverley A. Crebs, age 85, of Ashland, passed away Friday, April 14, 2023 at Kingston of Ashland. She was born August 14, 1937 in Lodi, the daughter of Clarence and Betty (Garver) Massie. Beverley was a 1955 graduate of North Western High School and had attended the Wooster Business College. She had been employed with General Motors where she worked in the purchasing department, and previously she had been an independent Home Health professional. Beverley was a member of Congress Community Church where she attended Sunday School, had sung in Choir many years and enjoyed the Holiday Cantata. Beverley was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and the Moose Club. She enjoyed crafts, decorating, playing Bingo and going to casinos. She also loved attending the Kentucky Derby party every year in Mansfield.

Survivors include her daughter, Debra (Mark) Stephens of Jeromesville; her grandchildren, Cliff (Erin) Gongwer, Heather Markley, Dillion Workman, and Dalton (McKinsey Opie) Workman; her great grandchildren, Scarlet Gongwer and Beckett Gongwer; and her great great grandchildren, Grham Workman and Grey Workman. Also surviving are sister, Nancy Morgan; the love of her life and caregiver, William Roger Robison; special grandchild, Mike (Verne) Robison; special great grandchildren, Mariah Robison, Matt (Alicia) Robison, and William (Jessie) Robison; and special great great grandchildren, Little Will Robison, Luke Robison and Mark Robison. Beverley was loved by her good friends, Tammy Shonk, Greg Dravenstott and Gail Sheehe.

Beverley was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Raymond Massie and Jerry Massie.

Funeral services will be held at Heyl Funeral Home on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tadd Sponseller officiating. Burial will follow at Congress Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left for the family.
