Carrie M. (Young) (Gingery) Anderson

Carrie M. (Gingery) Anderson age 92 of Ashland, passed away on January 16, 2020 at Kingston of Ashland.
Born in Bucyrus on June 1, 1927 she was the daughter of George and Viola (Campbell) Young. Carrie had been a resident of Ashland County since 1965. She was a homemaker and had previously been employed as the Personnel Director for the City of Ashland.
On June 1, 1945 she was married to Clarence Gingery who preceded her in death in 1984, she was remarried on June 2, 1990 to Ronald Anderson who preceded her in death in 2019.
Surviving are three daughters and sons in law; Sonie (Lonnie) Snow of Liberty Indiana, Nasa (Kevin) Seibert of Carrollton Ohio and Tina (Myron) Starnes of Ashland. Also surviving are two sons and daughters in law; Pride (Debbie) Gingery of Tallahassee Florida and Kip (Vicki) Gingery of Ashland.
One step son and step daughter in law and one step daughter and step son in law also survive; Mark (Marcia) Anderson of Pulaski, New York and Ellen (Dan) Betting of Strongsville Ohio.
One twin brother and sister in law, Harvey (Glenna) Young and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her husband's Clarence and Ronald, she is preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Hazel Brady, Velma Young and Edith Greissing and two brothers, Clifford Young and Russell Young. Carrie is also preceded in death by a daughter in law, Barbara Gingery.
Carrie was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heyl Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin McClain officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service. Burial will be held in the Oakwood Cemetery in Bucyrus, Ohio the following day.
