Charlotte June (Latter) Heimberger

Charlotte June Heimberger, age 93, of Ashland, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 at Kingston of Ashland. She was born in Ashland on August 22, 1927, the daughter of the late John Oreon and Charlotte J. (Lottie) Latter. Charlotte had been a lifelong resident of Ashland. She attended the Riddle Elementary one room school house and later graduated from Ashland High School. Charlotte had been employed with A.L. Garber Co, the College Inn and later retired from Ashland University after 22 years in housekeeping. She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church and in later years enjoyed watching the televised Park Street Brethren Church. Charlotte enjoyed sewing, canning and had a love for animals. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Deb (Tom) Kitchen and Sharon Feasel both of Ashland; her grandchildren, Mindy (Randy) Barnard, Stacey (TY) Markel, Molly (Chris) Carmel, Tyler (Jenna) Kitchen, Brandon (Laurie Saner) Wolf; Todd (Rebeccah) Feasel, and Ryan (Andie) Feasel; her 14 great grandchildren; 8 stepchildren; along with numerous step-grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Charlotte was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Merle L. Feasel; 2nd husband, James R. Heimberger; sons, Keith Feasel and Steve Feasel; step grandson, Jeff Hoffman along with her brother, Virgil Latter.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Ashland Cemetery on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Randy Reed officiating. Online condolences may be left for the family.
