Glen M. Easterling

Glen M. Easterling, age 64, of Ashland, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family following an extended illness. He was born in Warren, Ohio on February 25, 1957, the son of the late Jimmie and Mary (Lawson) Easterling. Glen had been a resident of Ashland for the past 45 years. He had been employed with U-Brand Corp., Dawson Foundry, Ashland Casting and Sterling Foundry. Glen loved his family. He was an outdoors man who enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, campfires and spending time with his friends. He loved to dance and laugh.

On December 9, 1976 Glen married Nola (Wiener) Easterling who survives. Also surviving are his grandson, Jonathan Synder of Shelby; his sisters, Edith Barker of Olive Hill, KY., Clarice (John) Stegall of Olive Hill, KY., and Pansy Easterling of Ashland; along with his brother, E.J. Easterling of Ashland.

In addition to his parents, Glen was preceded in death by his son, Glen Michael Easterling II.

There will be a Celebration of Glen’s life held at a later date.
