Kay Louise (Sponsler) James

Kay L. James 84 of Ashland passed away on March 1st 2022 at the Good Shepherd after a brief illness.  She was born June 22 1937, in Ashland to the late Craig and Maratha Burger Sponsler.
  She was loving Mother of 5 sons. She enjoyed quilting, playing cards, bingo, and spending time with her family. She was specially enjoyed traveling to the boat to play slot machines, and trips to Georgia to visit with her family.
She is survived by 4 sons, Larry (Sherry) James, Jeffrey James of Ashland, Brian (Sharon) James of Shelby, and Thomas (Kimberly) James of Georgia, daughter-in-law Bette James of Ashland; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Ned (Diane) Sponsler of Ashland. She was preceded in death by husband Clarence B James, son Timothy A. James and grandson Todd James and brother David Sponsler
There will be no visitation per her request.
