Kenneth "Ken" Arthur Bise

Kenneth “Ken” Arthur Bise, age 66, of Mansfield, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Mansfield on September 21, 1955, the son of Jack and Rose (Vineyard) Bise. Ken was a 1974 graduate of Crestview High School. He had been employed as a machinist with the former F.E. Myers- Pentair for 44 years before retiring in 2018. Ken was a great father and an even better grandfather who loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He had a great sense of humor and would do anything he could for anyone. He enjoyed the outdoors and riding his motorcycle along with taking bike trips with his wife Laura. Ken was an avid Ohio sports fan with the The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians being his teams. Ken was a member of the Freemasons.

On September 26, 1981 Ken married the love of his life, Laura (Ringler) Bise who survives. Also surviving are his sons, Jackson Bise of Ashland and Sam Bise of Mansfield; his daughter and son in-law, Allie (CJ) Branham of Marysville; his grandchildren, Emma Bise, Ellie Bise, Ella Jane Branham and Gabriel Branham; sister, Brenda Smith if Mansfield; along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Bise, Rose Bise- Lutz; his step father, Ray Lutz; and brother, Ronnie Bise.

Funeral services will be held at Heyl Funeral Home on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Brian Amstutz officiating. Burial will follow at Adario Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family 2 hour prior to the service at the funeral home, from 11:00 AM to service time. On line condolences may be left for the family.
