Kevin E. Pflieder age 60, of Ashland, formerly of Mansfield, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023 at his residence. He was born December 3, 1962 in Nevada, Ohio, the son of the late Francis Eugene and Phyllis Jean (Leib) Pflieder. Kevin was a graduate of Wynford High School. He was employed with Ashland Conveyor Products. He attended Calvary Baptist Church. Kevin was very patriotic. He was a Veteran of the Army where he served 13 years in the Army National Guard. He loved fishing, enjoyed vacationing in Florida, building model cars and RC cars. He was a very giving, sweet man who loved spending time with family especially with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa; son, Chad (Candice) Thomas of Lexington; his step children, Christina Doudrah of Marion, Heather (Art) Puckett of Ashland, and Phillip (Tracie) Tucker Jr. of Ashland; his 14 grandchildren; along with his special niece, Heidi Kelly.

In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his stepmother, Janet Pflieder; 1st wife, Coleen Standridge; and brother, Randy Gene Pflieder.

A Celebration of Kevin’s Life will be held at 1st Christian Church on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rich Pate officiating. Online condolences may be left for the family.
