Megan Michelle Tester

Megan M. Tester age 37 of Kent, passed away unexpectedly on November 17, 2020 at her residence. Born in Ashland on July 18, 1983 the daughter of Harvey J. and Cherie L. (Shultz) Tester she was a Ashland County resident most of her life. Megan was a graduate of Ashland High School. She was currently employed at IHOP in Streetsboro, Ohio. Megan enjoyed life, metaphysics, hiking, and fishing, but most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her family and two children. She had a beautiful soul and could light up a room with her contagious smile. Survivors include her parents; Cherie L. Tester of Ashland and Harvey Jay Tester of Ashland; daughter Shelbee Whited of Ashland and son Garrett Tester of Ashland. Also surviving one sister Carrie, (Paul Jr.) Tracy of Ashland and 3 nephews Paul III, Brayden, and Landon Tracy. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Charles and Helen Shultz, Harvey and Genevieve Tester. A private celebration of Megan's life will be held at the Heyl Funeral Home at a later date.
