Michael A. Roberts

Michael A. Roberts (Tall), died April 18, 2021, born on September 23, 1954 in Danville, Ky, to Bill and Rosemary Roberts. He was a wonderful companion, son, brother, uncle and friend to many. If you knew him, you loved him.
He graduated from Ashland High School in 1972. He was employed at Core and Main. Michael loved to travel in his motor home, on his Harley Davidson and was passionate about the outdoors.
He is survived by his long time companion, Susan Buffenmyer and her daughter Ivey (Maxx) Davidson and their son Roland, his mother, Rosemary, three sisters, Regina (Mike) Welch, Billie (John Marquette) Rader, Joy (Mike) Bachman. He is also survived by his nephews, Justin (Lindsay) Garn, Joshua (Kristen) Garn, Shaw Rader, Brock (Amy) Rader, Matt (Emily) Bachman, Joe (Katy) Bachman, Pete (Murphy) Bachman, several great nieces and nephews, aunts and cousins and his fur friends, Hazel Mae, Henry and Ravi.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Bill and brother-in-law Regg Rader.
Private Family Service will be held at the Heyl Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday April 24, 2021, at Shanks Pavilion at the Ashland County Golf Club from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
