Ocie V. (Sadler) Miller

Ocie V. Miller age 93 of Ashland, passed away on January 1, 2024. Born in Smithfield, Pennsylvania on February 18, 1930 the daughter of Harold and Elizabeth (Rogan) Sadler, she had been a resident of Ashland County since 1950.

On June 10, 1950 she married Paul R. Miller who preceded her in death in 2015.

Ocie had been employed with National Masonic Insurance. She was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Hawaii University. She also enjoyed traveling, golf and playing slot machines in Las Vegas. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church

She is survived by two nephews and their spouses; Mark and Diana Crist of Ashland and Donald and Barb Crist of Florida. One sister also survives, Dorothy Guzik of Smithfield, Pennsylvania.

In addition to her husband Paul, she is preceded in death by one brother, one sister and one sister in law; Harold Sadler, Rose Marie Thomas and Bertha Crist.

In keeping with her wishes there will be no funeral or visitation services held.
