Patricia Marie (Krieger) Bylica

Patricia Marie Bylica (Pat) age 70 of rural Ashland, passed away on November 20, 2023. Born in Akron on October 13, 1953, Pat was the daughter of Francis and Kathryn (Barnard) Krieger. She grew up in Peninsula with her seven siblings and attended the Hudson School District.  Pat married David J. Bylica (Dave) on January 6, 1979, and was a homemaker.

Pat loved road trips, bubbles, angels, dancing, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren.  She was a naturally talented artist and will always be remembered by the thousands of photographs that she took. 

Pat is survived by her two daughters, Shelley Bylica of Shelby, and Linda Bylica Lark (Adam) of New Hartford, New York, and her grandchildren Sagan and Aria. She is also survived by brothers, Thomas of Peninsula and Robert (Sheila Drevon) of Palm Harbor, Florida; and sisters-in-law, Dorothy of Northfield and Jean of Portage Lakes. Dave, her husband of 44 years, followed her into the great beyond on December 8, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Nancy Berringer and brothers Francis, J. Michael, Lawrence, and William.

A joint Memorial Service for Pat and Dave will be held April 27, 2024, at Heyl Funeral Home, 227 Broad Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until services begin at 1:00 PM. Interment at Ashland Cemetery following the service
