Penny L. (Carter) Burns

Penny L. Burns age 75 of Ashland, passed away on Tuesday November 29,2022 at Kingston of Ashland.

Born in Amherst, Ohio on January 11, 1947 the daughter of George T. and Bettyl L. (Wiles) Carter Jr. she was a Ashland County resident most of her life. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors and also breeding and raising Schnauzer, Mastiff and Poodle dog breeds.

On February 15, 1965 Penny was married to Charles Burns who survives.

In addition to her husband Charles, she is survived by two sons; Chad Burns of Kentucky and Michael Burns of Mansfield. One brother and one sister also survive; G. Thomas Carter III and Vicki L. Davis of Columbus, Ohio. Three grandchildren; Reana, Frankie and Zora along with numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In accordance with Penny’s wishes there will be no services held at this time.
