Robert "Bob" Myers Obituary

Robert “Bob” Carl Myers, age 82, lifelong resident of Ashland, passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at his residence of natural causes. He was born in Ashland on June 20, 1936, the son of Carl Myers and Bea Myers- Shafer. Robert had been a mechanic in Ashland for over 40 years and had worked 25 years with Gene Golf and Gene Citgo.

On September 5, 1964 Robert married JoAnn (Speck) Myers who preceded her in death in 2009. Survivors include her son and daughter in-law, Richard and Wendy Myers of Ashland; granddaughters, Amber Stumbaugh of Cleveland and Kirsten Myers of Ashland; sister, Sharon Cottrill of Ashland; and brother, Larry Myers of Ashland.

In addition to his wife JoAnn, Robert was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Nicole Myers; brothers, Donald Myers Sr., Raymond Myers and Jerry Myers; along with his sister, Phylliss Myers.

At Robert’s request there will be no services.
