Shirley A. (Gray) Williams

Shirley A. Williams age 83 of Polk, passed away on Sunday March 17, 2025 at University Hospital Samaritan Health Center.

Born in Ashland, Ohio on March 30, 1941 the daughter of Paul and Alfreda (Huff) Gray she had been a resident of Ashland County all of her life. Shirley had been employed at Abbott Labs for over 32 years before her retirement. She loved spending time with her family, bird watching, camping, boating and watching her favorite game shows on television.

Shirley was married to James Williams who survives.

In addition to her husband James, she is survived by two children; Dennis (Kim) Cutlip of Polk and Paula Chapman of Polk. Also surviving is one grand daughter; Brandy Cutlip of West Salem and three great granddaughters; Alaina Miller, Shelby Miller and Faith Miller.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patsy Williams; brother, Donald Gray and one nephew, Danny Williams.

A private family burial will be held in the Ashland Cemetery.
