Tamara K. Crossen

Tamara K. Crossen age 62, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Crystal Care Center. She was born in Ashland on August 8, 1959, the daughter of the late Charles and Virginia (Franklin) Crossen. Tamara had been a lifelong resident of Ashland and a Graduate of Ashland High School. She had been employed as a cook with Buffalo Wild Wings and later with McDonald’s. Tamara was a member of the Maple Grove Church of the Brethren where she was active with the Bell Chior. She was also an avid Cleveland Indians fan.

Survivors include her sister in-law, Debra Crossen; nieces, Nicole Crossen and Carrie Crossen; nephews, Justin Crossen and Steven Crossen; aunt, Janet (Tim) Iddings; uncle, George (Ann) Franklin; along with several cousins.

In addition to her parents Tamara was preceded in death by her brother Bruce Crossen.

A Celebration of Tamara’s life will be held at Maple Grove Church of the Brethren on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Steve Keib officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church. A burial will be held at Ashland County Memorial Park at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Tamara’s memory to Heyl Funeral Home 227 Broad St. Ashland, Ohio 44805 to help defray costs. Online condolences may be left for the family.
