Our thoughts and prayers are with the Akerman family at this time of sorrow. As a neighbor growing up and then meeting up again at the Clinic, Jeri always had a smile on her face and positive outlook even while battling her fight with cancer. May she finally be at peace and peace be with the family.

Ron and Family,
Jeri always seemed to have a hopeful attitude about her illness. She gave it a good fight. I looked forward to seeing her at A.U. I'm glad I've gotten to know her in the past several years. She was a dear. God bless you and bring healing to your sadness at this time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Jeri in the mail room and I was in constant contact with her on messenger on Facebook. She always told me she was doing ok or she was trying to get stronger. I so admire her for always sending me blessings, love and prayers. I miss her so much every time I get on Facebook. Ron knows how much I loved her. If there is anything I can do for any of you. Please let me know. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
